Gail has a strong record of successful delivery that is reflected in Datamasters values, standards, and ability to improve bottom line performance using proven technologies, methods, and tools. Her vision for the future of asset-intensive organizations includes industrial transformation and Industry 4.0 using a living management system to drive continuous improvement. Gail’s book, Embrace Industry 4.0!, Architect Your Way Out of the Jungle, was published by ReliabilityWeb.com in December 2023.
Gail founded Datamasters as the delivery platform for her management consulting practice and thought leadership in asset management. She holds a B.Sc. (Honours) in Honours Mathematics and is a Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) and Member of the Institute of Asset Management (MIAM) in the UK.
